Every Creator Should Do This in 2025
The distribution strategy everyone should be using
Welcome back to The Signal, a weekly letter where I share stories, trends, strategies and tech to help you level up as a creator and win on the internet.
I will be changing the name of this newsletter to creator.win in the near future - I think it’s catchier and easier to remember. Would love to hear your thoughts on this – just reply to this email and it goes directly to me.

The Strategy Every Creator Should Use in 2025
I think every creator should create and curate a scalable distribution channel comprised of the target audience for your personal brand.
I’ve built over 10 Instagram “brand/feature” pages to a cumulative 10 million+ followers.
These type of pages are a lot of fun to curate, and there are a lot of benefits over a personal brand: less pressure, highly-scalable, can be pieced off and sold, etc.
However, my personal brand has been 100X more impactful than all of the feature pages combined in terms of access, profitability, opportunities, etc.
I signed a $60K brand deal recently (for 2 videos, would never happen on a feature page) - and tried to upsell the brand with a few posts on Eluna. They weren’t the least bit interested. No one ever is.
That’s because people buy from people. Brands want a personality attached.
However, the superpower here - is the combination of a personal brand with a feature brand:
Build and scale a feature page targeting your desired audience for your personal brand.
Use the feature page as distribution for your personal content – which in turn is one of the highest drivers of growth for the feature page.
This works really well on both Instagram and Twitter right now. Now this isn’t a breakthrough concept – Dave Portnoy <> Barstool is an outlier example of the effectiveness of this method.
But here are a few more modern examples of creators who nail this strategy:
Buster with HoopsNation and MusicNation.
Stephaniae with Basketball
Jacobi with Eyecannndy
The list is endless.
How do I grow a page?
During the hyper-growth era of Instagram (2014-2018) - growing a page was just… so… easy. You just posted whatever you wanted every few hours and followers would pour in.
Then, the great stagnation came from 2018-2022, and it became nearly impossible. Metav3rse as an example grew so fast because I invested over 6-figures into growth via promotional posts on Pubity and other big accounts.
Now, because of the Tiktokification of the internet, it’s a great time to grow.
To grow a page in 2025, I would recommend an onslaught of reels. In my niche of technology, there are a lot of fast growing pages like ChatGPT Tricks and Evolving AI.
They all use the same strategy - they just take whatever is popular/trending on Reddit and Twitter and synthesize it into their own formats. You can do the same and grow fast.
Go heavy into reels. Here are a few formats that work really well right now.
1. Information carousels with music
Make sure to add music to the carousel because by doing so it is now recommended by the reels discovery engine.
Search for popular Twitter threads and re-purpose them into a carousel. The above example post came from a Min Choi Twitter thread.
2. Video clips with context
Lean into clip culture. This is the viral engine of the internet now. The example above is one I helped to popularize on Instagram. It is working really well right now - take advantage!
I start with a PSD or Figma file, then open it in Premiere to add the video file.
3. Podcast clips with context
Similar to the above, but sourcing from relevant podcasts. The above is a good example from The Neo Niche which is a new page that has started to grow fast using the above strategy. What I would recommend to them is to attach a personal brand to it!
Or, instead of building your own feature page, leverage the existing infrastructure…
The above may seem like a lot of work, which it is. I recommend finding talent on this Phillipines job board if you don’t want to do it yourself.
But if you don’t have any desire to do so, you can always take advantage of existing pages in your niche.
Trust me, these pages all want great content to collab post with. My personal reels have been the biggest growth engine for Eluna, because when someone follows from a reel, it prompts the user to follow all the pages on the collab post.
Spend an hour one day searching for all of the feature pages in your niche, reach out and form a relationship.
As an example, Niels of AppleDsign grew to 4.5M followers by heavily using this strategy while consistently creating great content.
He’s always collab posting with big accounts like Technology, Factsdailyy, TheBusinessMagnets, P.roduct.
This Video Got Me 30K Followers. How?
This video got me over 30,000 (high target-audience) followers on Instagram. Another 10K+ on TikTok (RIP - for now).
But it wasn’t my accident. Here’s my formula you can use for effectively presenting information.
